Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, as well as debugging and defining corrective actions. Your role is crucial for company’s product development process in which you will be responsible to conduct automated tests and manual tests where necessary before product launch. Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills are required.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Test current products, identifying deficiencies and suggest solutions to identified product problems
  • Review all business and functional requirements to provide feedback and identify test scenarios
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts
  • Collaborate closely with the product development, project management and developer team to understand what they are developing, provide quality suggestions and develop test plans to ensure consistent project execution

developer

We are looking for a Full Stack developer to join our software development team to redevelop and maintain web applications in coordination with the other team members. You will be assisted by an experienced frontend developer during the training. The team currently consists of about 15 people. Most of the employees are positioned at the company's headquarters in Munich and the office in Skopje. Further qualifications in the field can be requested from the management. You will be acting as a direct point of contact and feedback channel during QA phases of projects supporting the project managers. You will plan and organize your tasks as part of the weekly sprint planning. You will identify opportunities for process improvement in development and quality assurance and contribute them to the weekly meetings. Continuous interest, education and training are expected in order to keep a step with the state of the art and novel technologies. An interest in the stock market environment is required, however, corresponding expertise is not necessary at the time of hiring.
